Add optional "Mode Icons" above players heads, to show what mode their playing in.
At the minute finding players who are wanting hard mode is... near impossible.
You frequently get players asking to join your party who arent wanting HM and you end up kicking them. Usually because they dont have the sense to read local chat where you state HM!
Then you invite players yourself, and 90% of the time they dont want HM and you have to kick them after inviting them. Its kind of cruel on those players.
I suggest we allow players to display icons which hover over their heads in outposts and towns. These icons would be identical to the mode icons on the party bar.
It would be completely optional and able to turn off, and by default its turned on.
This adds the advantage of being able to instantly see who is playing hard mode and who normal mode. No more inviting players who arent doing the same mode, or asking to join parties who arent doing the same mode.
It seems a very simple solution to me.
Its better then standing around in towns for an hour, using pure luck to find HM players. It would also give us a clear indication as to how many players are doing HM and how popular it is.
I cant see any negative sides, and knowing a players Mode is a very important thing now.
It would also cut down on the spamming of "LFG for hard mode", because you would enter a outpost, see that no one is doing Hard Mode within a matter of seconds and leave, or wait for some to arrive.
(This all assumes everyone turns on the icon... if they dont, then it would cause issues I guess. But we cant force people.)
